AI and Modern Workflows

Spend more time on the work only you can do. Let technology handle the rest.

Entrepreneurs, community organizations, and creatives are stretched thin. The meaningful work — the outreach, the creativity, the relationship-building — gets crowded out by admin, coordination, and repetitive tasks. This workshop shows you how to use AI and modern tools to reclaim that capacity. The goal is to use technology to expand what you can do, who you can reach, and the impact you can have.

Who this is for

  • Entrepreneurs and small business owners building more efficient operations
  • Nonprofit and community organization staff who want to reach more people with the same team
  • Creatives who want to spend more time creating and less time on administration
  • Anyone curious about AI and ready to put it to practical use

What you will walk away with

  • A practical understanding of the AI landscape and which tools are worth your time
  • Hands-on experience with tools including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and NotebookLM
  • An introduction to workflow automation using tools like n8n and Slack
  • Prompt engineering basics you can apply immediately to real work
  • A clear picture of where technology can expand your reach and impact most

Accommodating all levels. Curiosity is the only prerequisite.
Half-day. In-person or online. Can be tailored to specific industries or organization types.

Courses.

Multi-session programs for organizations and individuals ready to go deeper and come away with something they can actually use. Courses run 4 to 6 hours across multiple sessions and are designed to deploy a functional system, workflow, or strategy by the end.

Every course is delivered in partnership with an organization that brings the audience and the space. We work closely with your internal team throughout — not just presenting, but building alongside you so the skills and systems stay with your organization long after the course ends.

Before each course, we offer a free or low-cost introductory session — 30 to 90 minutes — covering the key topics and helping participants arrive ready. Recordings are made available for participants and repurposed as educational content.
